Enjoy a city break at this centrally-located studio! It is in the heart of Pest, close to many attractions, and at the same time very quiet and calm thanks to its windows opening on an inner courtyard. It has everything you might need for a relaxing holiday: comfy beds, a bathroom with a nice walk-in shower, and a kitchen to prepare your own meals if you wish. All in all, the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The space The apartment is located three floors up from street level (there is an elevator in the building). It consists of a living/sleeping space with a workstation and a dining area, a bathroom, and a kitchen. In the living room there is a queen size bed in the sleeping area with an additional single mattress on the mezzanine, a smart TV with Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix (all of which you can use with your own account) and cable channels, a dining table with chairs, and a workspace with a desk and chair on the mezzanine. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal. The windows open on the building's inner courtyard, so despite being in the city centre, the apartment is still quiet and calm. The place has AC that can also be used for heating, and there are additional heating panels for when the season requires. I am happy to host families, but please note that the apartment is not childproofed and there is a mezzanine with steep stairs leading up to it.
