Perfect place to stay for your events, wedding, conference, for a stopover during your travels, or for visiting Vienne Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers Pool Kettle, welcome tray Wi-Fi Free private parking on our property English speaking The space The 50 m² private accommodation, adjoining our house, is located in the countryside, away from the noisy D502, in a quiet location, on an enclosed plot of 3,500 m²: - 1 km from the MFR of Chaumont/Eyzin-Pinet, where weddings are held, - 2 km from the village and its shops, and the Pierre Lacroix gymnasium, - 3 km from the Gémens hall, where weddings are held, - 7 km from Vienne, a town with Gallo-Roman heritage that is interesting to visit, - Vienne is also known for its jazz festival, which will take place from June 25 to July 11, 2026: free shuttle from 6:15 p.m. from the Intermarché Malissol car park, 4 km from the property, to avoid the problem of parking in town. - 8 km from the conferences held in Pont-Évêque, - Viarhôna 7 km away, - Close to the Côtes-du-Rhône wine valley, - 45 minutes from the Pilat Massif, - About 1 hour from the Vercors and Chartreuse mountain ranges, - 30 km from Lyon, - 35 minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport. Perfect relaxation in the calm, in the shade of a tree or in the sun ... You can observe many birds: magpies, doves, blackbirds, throats, t**s and with a bit of luck: the green peaks. During your stay We'll be here to give you all the information you'll need. Other things to note Self check-in with lockbox if you arrive late. Electric kettle in the room: breakfast allowed in the room. Regarding your meals, you can have them in our kitchen or on the terrace in summer (prohibited in the accommodation).
