Large & luminous cozy apartment

Our apartment is located in a charming neighborhood, surrounded with many great restaurants and bars. It is located 200m away from Ménilmontant metro station and is perfect to visit Paris. This is a luminous 60sq meter flat with one bedroom a living room and a dining room (which can be used as a separated bedroom). We live here so if you rent our apartment this will feel like home. It is a cozy & authentic Parisian flat. You will have everything you need to spend an amazing time. The space Our flat is on the third floor of an historic building from the beginning of the century. It is furnished with taste, and we've tried to make it cozy and warm. There is no doubt you will like it. As we live here, we only rent it when we're not in town so it means you will feel like home here and have everything you need to have an amazing stay (a lot of cooking material, cool books and comics, TV with a Chromecast to watch movies etc...) Our apartment has the advantage of having 3 main rooms: a living room, a dining room and a bedroom. It means that if you want to use our dining room to have an extra bedroom it is easy and totally possible (just let us know ahead of you stay). It actually used to be used as a sleeping room by the previous owners and it has shutters and everything needed to sleep well there) Guest access You will have access to the full apartment expect a small storage room where we live our personnal belongings when we rent our flat.
