Simply, a great place to stay and play. We no longer have a hot tub available on this property. The space The Main House has three bedrooms with great views from each room. The property is pet-friendly to DOGS only. The house features a work station with internet access: #1 Bedroom is located on the second floor with amazing views of the "Gunks" from a king size bed. We also have a twin size blow up mattress if needed. #2 Bedroom located on the second floor has a full size bed with views of the "Gunks." #3 Bedroom located on the second floor has a twin size bed with wooded views. The second floor has a full size bathroom. The first floor has a half bathroom. Three dining areas including a screened-in veranda, a picnic table and umbrella on the back deck and, a formal country dining room inside. Large windows with cliff/mountain views surround the dining table that seats 8 . A Chef-Kitchen cooks small and large meals; a well stocked kitchen for all your culinary needs has access to a large back deck and BBQ grill. Steps down is the large stone fire pit. A separate soft and cushy den ihas board games, a 65" TV, and a seasonal fireplace (wood provided). Explore the large yard: There's a small pond, hammock, picnic table ... a perfect place to stay and play. This property has two additional rentals in separate buildings. The carriage house has one long-term rental on the top floor of the Carriage House, and the first floor unit sleeps up to 4 guests. Both Airbnb rentals share the yard and the extra large fire pit. Need extra space? We have a two bedroom suite in the Carriage House that sleeps four with separate and private bathrooms.
