Two of the bedrooms share access to a full bathroom, creating a convenient and private suite-like experience. The third bedroom is equally comfortable and convenient. Bathrooms: Enjoy the luxury of having two bathrooms at your disposal. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there's an additional bathroom in the common area, ensuring that everyone has ample space and convenience during their stay. Other things to note Please note that we are unable to accept cats and appreciate your understanding. Dogs are accepted but must be under 25lbs. $150 pet fee per pet is required. Max of 2. Excessive hair and drool must be maintained to avoid additional cleaning costs. We request you bring blankets to cover the furniture from home to help protect the furniture. We appreciate that! Earlier check-in can be granted for an additional $100 starting at 10am based on availability. Smoking is permitted in the designated location in the backyard away from the doors. Please dispose of your butts in the outdoor trash can. A $50 fee is charged for any smoking items not disposed of. Late checkout is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for an additional $50.
