What was formerly a third bedroom we have recently turned into a dedicated workspace offering a calm and productive environment for remote work or focused study, though there is a futon bed available if required. The well appointed shower room and loo is also upstairs. We provide loo rolls along with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels. For babies and toddlers we have a travel cot (fitted sheet and cellular blankets provided), a changing mat, potty, baby bath, high chair, plastic plates and cutlery and a stair gate. Outside in the walled garden you’ll find seating and a dining area along with a barbecue. Two dedicated parking spaces for the property are directly outside and additional paid parking can be found minutes away. We are located within a one minute stroll of the historic Tuesday Market Place, the modern high street of King’s Lynn along with the Corn Exchange theatre. There are ample restaurants, amenities and local attractions within easy walking distance of the property and the space makes an ideal starting point for days out in North Norfolk. There is also an hourly train service (station 12 mins walk) to both Cambridge and London.
