This beautifully presented Grade 2 listed home is set in an old stable block in the centre of the medieval market town of King’s Lynn. The house comfortably sleeps five (plus cot if necessary) be it for a weekend with friends or relaxing family break to explore all that King’s Lynn and North Norfolk have to offer. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine. Modern dining room seating six people with original coach house window leads into the comfortable sitting room with flat screen tv a selection of board games and books along with garden access. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe storage, modern decor and views of St Nicholas’ Church. The second bedroom is another delightful room offering calm and serene decor with twin beds and storage. What was formerly a third bedroom we have recently turned into a dedicated workspace offering a calm and productive environment for remote work or focused study, though there is a futon bed available if required. The well appointed shower room and loo is also upstairs. We provide loo rolls along with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels. For babies and toddlers we have a travel cot (fitted sheet and cellular blankets provided), a changing mat, potty, baby bath, high chair, plastic plates and cutlery and a stair gate. Outside in the walled garden you’ll find seating and a dining area along with a barbecue. Two dedicated parking spaces for the property are directly outside and additional paid parking can be found minutes away. We are located within a one minute stroll of the historic Tuesday Market Place, the modern high street of King’s Lynn along with the Corn Exchange theatre. There are ample restaurants, amenities and local attractions within easy walking distance of the property and the space makes an ideal starting point for days out in North Norfolk. There is also an hourly train service (station 12 mins walk) to both Cambridge and London.
