Guest access Arrival Procedures Please let us know what time your flight arrives so we can estimate your ETA at the apartment.  If it is a later flight, you may want to send us a list of food items you would like to have waiting so you don't have to rush out when you are tired from traveling. You can reimburse us when you arrive. The airport is pushing their shuttle service and have made it illegal for taxis to pick people up there.  They are allowed to drop off only.  The shuttle is easy and cheap and most drivers know our place by now.  As you are leaving the terminal, you will see the shuttle "office" next to a car rental place.  Just tell them Panoramica del Fortin' 546, Centro and they will ask for around a 190 ($11.50) pesos each.  Depending on the number of people to be dropped off before you it should take between 20-40 minutes to arrive at the apartment.  If there are more than two people in your party arriving together it makes great sense to take a private shuttle which takes you directly to the apartment with no stops and is much more comfortable. A private pick up can also be arranged if you prefere. When you arrive at Panoramica del Fortin' 546,  you will see stairs at the left side of the building as you face it.  Go up the stairs to the Second door on your right. The building manager, Emily, will be there to greet you and show you around.
