House distributed over two floors with a large terrace with a splendid view of the city and the sea located on the first hill of Sestri Levante, a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Riva Trigoso and 3.5 km from the historic center of Sestri. Ideal place for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, for trekking and for visiting the surroundings such as Santa Margherita and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Sestri is also 45 km from Genoa. The space Passing from the beautiful and spacious terrace, with a view of the city and the sea, outdoor table and sofas, you have access to the first floor of the house which opens onto a large living area divided into a sitting area with a double sofa bed and smart-tv and kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to store, prepare and consume meals during your stay. In fact, there is a hob with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery. Here you will find a second access to the terrace. Also on the floor is the first bedroom with double bed and two bathrooms, both complete with toilet and shower. In one of the two there is also a washing machine that can be used during the stay in the house.A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds (which can become a double bed by joining them) and one with an additional double bed and an enchanting view of the sea. The surface of the house is very large, as is that of the terrace which reaches 120 SQUARE METERS. There is a FREE WI-FI connection service. The house does not have private parking but you will find a free public one in the immediate vicinity. Bed linen and towels are provided by us according to the number of people booking and are included in the price. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. For the winter months there are heaters with independent heating. For rubbish there are bins along the street near the parking lot. Pets are allowed with a supplement. Guest access The apartment is rented entirely, with no space shared with other people. Independent entrance. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2Euro/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 30 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4)CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE By car, along the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station active in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours journey). From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey by intercity, two and a half by regional). From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all journeys on the AMT network.
