This is a very unique Villa where we’ve integrated sustainability with maximum comfort. Originally our home, but now open for only several months, this house is a dream of relaxation. You will find architectural details, art and design in every corner , lush gardens , straight access to the lagoon , just perfect for anyone wanting to connect with themselves and the beautiful surroundings of bacalar! Only for cat and dog lovers, as our little zoo comes with the house ! :) This is a 100% sustainable home. We care deeply for the lagoon, and for that reason it’s eco, but at the same time we love comfort ! You will find a completely functional home, super strong wifi, powerful fans (no a/c) It is a three story house; on the lower level you will find the living room, kitchen , balcony , and bathroom. On the second level is the guest room, which is a mezzanine with no door. (Please consider this as you might be visited by one of our cats or dogs) Third level is the master bedroom with the bathroom, very private , and with excellent views ! You can access any area, just take in consideration that at the property there is another bungalow 50 mts behind the house, which we also rent. So you might run into friendly guests (2/3 maximum) at the deck or gardens We are not at the moment In bacalar , but we are happy to respond any doubts or requests through the platform or directly through the phone. We respect very much your privacy , but are more than available in case you need anything at all The neighborhood is a long stretch of laguna and jungle , with some villas and hotels - but very quiet and in touch with nature - You can see monkeys, toucans, parrots during your stay It is located some Km before the town of bacalar, so you have very easy access to restaurants or main services. The most convenient things is to rent a car , but we also have the contact of taxi drivers in case you don’t have one. Main details to please take in consideration.
