One of the bathrooms is en suite (with toilet, sink, bath including overhead shower). The common bathroom has a toilet, sink and step in shower. Linen, towels, essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothpaste, cleaning detergents) are all included to make your stay comfortable. Guest access Guests will have free access to the entire apartment and all the shared condominium areas including swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, outside W.C. and shower. There are on-site parking facilities available at the property (underground - one parking space) and on the street in front of the building (free of charge). Other things to note - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed at the property for holiday guests. In the case of a long term stay, this is a subject to further discussion. - Luggage drop is possible before check-in time on the same day -- estate manager has to be notified 24 hours before the drop to be able to communicate and make arrangements accordingly.
