Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Very close beaches near dune road. Movie theaters, supermarkets, liquor store, farms and a bunch of local restaurants that you can visit.DJs are not allowed. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. It's a very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful neighborhood. No smoking inside the house.check in 3pm check out 11am extra charge. A big basement with board games.Please bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire pit, as firewood is not provided. Guest access The entire house can be used. Other things to note The house has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for the safety of the house and its guests. They are only used for security purposes. No one is monitoring you during your stay; they are simply there to help keep everyone safe.Please do not use any sunscreen, oils, or any type of soap in the hot tub. Please leave the hot tub in the same condition you found it, with the water level unchanged. If these instructions are not followed, an additional charge will apply, as the hot tub can be damaged.Please rinse and wash your body before entering the hot tub.
