This Double Story Mansion has 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom and a 3rd toilet (Powder room) on a huge 730 sqm land in an affluent suburb of Winthrop just around the corner of the local Shopping Centre, Medical Centre yet on a quiet street with dominantly beautiful big houses, lush and well-maintained gardens. 4 living areas, outdoor sitting. NO ping pong table anymore. Upstairs spa jet is out of service. The space The ground floor has 5 bedrooms serviced by a full bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs: Central Air Con with heating and cooling & 3 portable heaters provided. No air con in the downstairs study room which is near the entry door. Upstairs: Evaporate cooling only Once you enter the double entry door, you can see the void area with curved balustrading and wood handrail, stylish chandelier and pendants. The upper floor consists of a study and living combined area, a prestigious king size master bedroom with build in robe, an ensuite with shower. Going back to ground floor, there are two living areas at the right-hand side of entry providing ample seating and relaxed space. Keep walking inside, the spacious kitchen open living and breakfast bar is well appointed with back yard view. Sliding doors leading to alfresco area with outdoor sitting and dining set. The yard has a variation of fruit trees and pot plants adding green and relaxation for your outdoor leisure. A small outdoor kitchenette is just in the patio for easy access. Guest access Entire house is for guests to use. Upstairs evaporative ac is not working. Other things to note Please note that the upstairs space is strictly for adults only as the void area is quite high. Kids climbing the stairs can be dangerous even with supervision. Please keep the kids off from the stairs and upper floor. Be mindful of the quiet hours and noise level. This is a quiet neighborhood. While you are on holiday your neighbors may have work commitment next morning and their kids may need to sleep early for schools. After 9:00pm please take all the activities inside of house as neighbors can easily hear outdoor noise. A brand new oven has been installed. You will enjoy the cooking easier!
