We have a spice drawer with 42 spices, plus a variety of oils and vinegars to inspire your cooking. You will find everything you need including pots, pans, rice cooker, baking sheets, dishes, glassware and kitchen utensils. OUTDOORS: Outside you can enjoy the gas BBQ on the oversized patio with ample seating. In the summer you can enjoy our landscaped backyard that includes a vegetable and flower garden, apple tree and raspberry bush. PARKING We are a corner lot so there is plenty of free street parking in front of and to the side of the home. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home except for the unfinished basement or detached garage as this is used for owner storage. There are no basement tenants and the whole house is privately yours to use and is NOT a shared space. Other things to note ** Contact us for long term discounts! ** There is a gravel pad in the backyard where a cargo trailer is stored at times that is off limits to guests. You will not be disturbed during your stay from anyone accessing these areas unless there is a prior agreement between the host and guest. At this property for the host and guest security we use non-invasive smart home technology to monitor decibel levels, temperature and smoke in the common areas. We do NOT record audio or video inside the home and our equipment does not have such capabilities. We also have two ring door bell cameras at the front and back door that record audio and video on the exterior of the home. Extra cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost and is based on cleaners availability - please inquire before booking. *Please note that our home was cosmetically damaged in a hail storm.
