We have a spice drawer with 42 spices, plus a variety of oils and vinegars to inspire your cooking. You will find everything you need including pots, pans, rice cooker, baking sheets, dishes, glassware and kitchen utensils. OUTDOORS: Outside you can enjoy the gas BBQ on the oversized patio with ample seating. In the summer you can enjoy our landscaped backyard that includes a flower garden, apple tree and raspberry bushes. Feel free to pick the fruit and enjoy. PARKING We are a corner lot so there is plenty of free street parking in front of and to the side of the home. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home except for the unfinished basement or detached garage as this is used for owner storage. There are no basement tenants and the whole house is privately yours to use and is NOT a shared space. The garage will be available to guests starting in December!! Other things to note At this property for the host and guest security we use non-invasive smart home technology to monitor decibel levels, temperature and smoke in the common areas. We do NOT record audio or video inside the home and our equipment does not have such capabilities. We have two ring door bell cameras at the front and back door that record audio and video on the exterior of the home. To offer you the best possible experience we are a self managed but professional cleaned property. Extra cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost and is based on cleaners availability. We have some final touches to complete on the hail damage for our home. While we try to get this work done when we have no guests, sometimes the scheduling cannot be adjusted.
