Smith Lake Waterfront Retreat

My house is in the woods on Smith Lake with a screened in porch that makes it feel like a treehouse. Down 139 stairs (yes, it’s a lot), you and your loved ones will have access to a private dock on Smith Lake with its rolling waves and refreshing deep water. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms with room for everyone. I have a fully stocked kitchen for you as well as many ways to get y’all outside! There’s also a doggy dock and drying options! West facing for optimal sunset views The space 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room 1 bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and a double bed Each room also has its own closet with extra pillows and blankets if needed. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. With an open floor plan, there is plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the common space for a game night or just to be together. There is a washer and dryer available. We have a crib available by request! Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself! The property around is highly wooded so there is a lot of privacy other than just one neighbor. You’ll have the dock (and all the stairs) to yourselves as well! My favorite part is the large screened in porch that lets you be outside but also under a fan and comfortable. There are multiple boat rentals and marinas nearby if you would rather reach the dock by water instead of the stairs. Other things to note As noted, this house is on a bluff and we have 139 steps to get down to the water (and back up again). Luckily, there are several marinas near by if you’d rather rent a boat and travel to the dock that way!
