The room has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, a ceiling fan, a dining table with two chairs, a large oblong desk/table and chair, a microwave, a mini refrigerator with a freezer, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and coffee maker. The space The house is on a quiet safe street with a beautiful lot and ample seating on enclosed lanai and outdoor yard to enjoy the tranquil Florida landscaping. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Guest access Guest access their room, a shared common area ie. family room with 42" tv, enclosed lanai and beautiful tranquil outdoor yard. During your stay I'm available to chat in person or via text and offer advice and directions to the many restaurants and attractions that capture the heart and soul of beautiful Sarasota. Other things to note I live on the property and have an older affectionate cat hence no dogs allowed.
