Our lovely casita sits at the front of a ¼ acre hill-side lot with lots of trees and mature vegetation. The casita is ideally located ½ mile from Fort Marcy park, and ¾ of a mile from the Plaza, or the Railyard district, so you can walk to any of your favorite spots in Santa Fe within 15 minutes, or hop on the bike for a quick ride, or take your car on a 1-2 minute drive! Other things to note The casita does not have central AC. This is typical for Santa Fe adobe homes! We provide two floor fans. We do have a heating system for winter.
