Both rental facilities are located on the first floor of a single-family house (with a separate entrance). Each apartment has a balcony. Of course, there is wifi in the apartments. There are parking spaces assigned to both units. The area is fenced. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area. The space Apartment Primula 1 is about 75 m2. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a cooking area with an induction hob and oven, and a microwave. Utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are also provided. Of course, there is a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. In addition, the unit has a large living room with a dining room. This room has a comfortable rest with a sleeping function, a TV with a channel package, a table for 6 people, and a children's play area. Primula 1 has 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable 2-person beds and wardrobes. The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There will also be small appliances, such as a hair dryer, an iron, and amenities such as a clothes dryer, a crib, and a high chair for the smallest guests. The apartment has one balcony (exit from the bedroom). Next to the building there is a terrace with a barbecue area and a playground for children.
