Cottage near Roslagsleden, Norrtälje and Kapellskär

A cozy cottage in the countryside, in the heart of Roslagen. A stone's throw from Roslagsleden and five minutes from Norrtälje City. 1.5 km walk to the beach at Kyrksjön. On the edge of the 5000 sqm plot is the 40 sqm cottage. Between the cottage and the large house is a barn and a greenhouse, which provides privacy. The balcony is accessible from both the front door and the living room. Kitchen and bathroom towels are included. Bring your own shower towels and bed linens. The cottage is to be left in the same condition as when you arrived. The space The cottage has a cozy feel and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with four seats, sofa in front of the Smart TV, fresh bathroom and two bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed and in the smaller bedroom, you will find a single bed and two wardrobes. We can also set up a guest bed for a group of four people, which can then be placed in the living room. The balcony outside the house can be reached from both the entrance door and the living room. Outdoor furniture for sunny and warm days is available. Afternoon and evening sun on the terrace. There are no railings around the balcony and the stairs up there. If children are on the trip, we therefore recommend that you hang on the lawn just below. For those of you traveling with younger children, there is a crib and high chair. Let us know beforehand and we'll set it up. A minute's walk from the cottage, you will reach Roslagsleden, which offers fantastic walking paths. Kyrksjön is 1.5 km from the house and there is a swimming area for the area's residents. About a 3-minute walk to the bus (station Nystugan), which in 10 minutes takes you into central Norrtälje. On the other side of the forest is the main road and you can hear the cars, good to know. Please let us know if children or dogs are part of the family and we will set up extra, customized things to make your stay even better. Guest access You have access to the entire guest house and parts of the property during your stay. You will have your own parking space a bit away from the big house, to give extra privacy.
