The space The cottage from the first half of the 19th century has a sensitively reconstructed living room, which is spacious and equipped to standard, including new kitchen appliances - refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, instant coffee, and kettle. There is also a new quality electric grill and soda stream. In the living room there is also a large dining table and a fully functional tiled stove with a stove, which can be used for heating, baking and cooking. The living room is also equipped with electric heating. Another 3 simply furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all with electric heating, one also with wood stove.. A newly built sauna is located on the upper floor. The sauna has a separate exit to the upper part of the extensive garden and it is possible to use a simple cooling tub. In the lower part of the house there is a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) with ladder radiator. There is also a generous space on the ground floor for storing sports and other equipment. There is also a suitable cellar for cooling drinks and a workshop. The garden offers seating on the terrace with a fireplace with the possibility of grilling, also with seating. There is also a new table tennis table including bat and basketball basket with ball. In the upper part of the garden, there is a trampoline in the ground, a grass area adapted for football, badminton and volleyball (including goals, net, volleyball and soccer ball and badminton rackets). There is also a children's house for summer play for the little ones. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the cottage and garden. Only the attic is locked.
