The space Our country house from the first half of the 19th century offers a carefully renovated living room with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances, such as a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Guests also have a new high-quality electric grill and soda stream at their disposal. In the living room there is a large dining table and a beautiful fully functional tiled stove with stove that can be used for heating, baking and cooking (wood available). The living room is also equipped with electric heating (use by arrangement). The other 3 simply furnished bedrooms are upstairs and can be heated by a fireplace with electric heating and one also with wood. Upstairs there is a newly furnished sauna. The sauna has a separate exit to the upper part of the extensive garden. A cooling tub can also be used. In the lower part of the house is a space for sports and other equipment and a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) equipped with a ladder radiator. The basement is also available, which is suitable for cooling drinks. The garden offers seating and a terrace with a fireplace for grilling. Guests also have a new ping pong table with rackets and a basketball hoop with ball. In the upper part of the garden, there is a floor trampoline, a children's house for summer games for toddlers and a well-kept lawn for soccer, badminton and volleyball (including goals, net, volleyball and soccer and badminton rackets). Guest access Guests can access all parts of the cottage and garden. Only the attic is locked. Other things to note In the cottage there is a small library with books for both children and adults, including interesting publications about the Lusatian Mountains, maps and travel guides. If fruits (currants, gooseberries, jostaberries, raspberries) are ripening in the garden, they can of course be tasted. The forests behind the country house are a mushroom paradise. The area is rich in various types of mushrooms, such as porcini mushrooms, parasols and others. The owner will be happy to advise you on planning lesser-known hiking and cycling tours or recommend the best swimming opportunities and interesting cultural events in the area.
