La Legnania - Tiny house with sauna

La legnaia is a welcoming tiny house, obtained from the renovation of the wood storage attached to the main villa. A small space ready to provide you with all its comforts and its wonderful lake view. Inside you will find a double bedroom with kitchenette and living room. The private bathroom is enriched with a Finnish sauna for the exclusive use of guests. You can also enjoy the private terrace and the access to the lake through the communal gardens. The space The space consists of a single room with bed, kitchen and dining area. A bathroom, that connects directly to the private sauna, is attached. A terrace is present at the entrance, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Every corner of the house offers a wonderful lake view. Guest access From the street you enter the property through the main entrance of the villa. From here you walk through the gardens to get to La Legnania which is independent from the other houses in the complex. From the common gardens you can also get to the lake for a dip. A private garage is also available to fit one car, though it is not attached to the property. It’s located just 200 meters from it—roughly a 3-minute walk. Guests can temporarily park in front of the property while unloading or loading luggage at check-in or check-out. Other things to note A private dock can accommodate a boat, allowing you to explore Lake Como without moving your car. We can help arrange a boat rental if desired. We provide a courtesy starter pack with products for the bathroom and the kitchen. This include hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide some coffee, oil, and salt for the first days.
