Périgord vacation rental

If you are looking for a quiet corner, we are in a place called bordering a forest and a chestnut grove. The mobile home is located on our private property 30 meters from our residential chalet. The property is fenced and you can park your vehicle safely. We are located 7 minutes from all amenities and Excideuil Castle. Montignac and the Lascaux Cave are about 40 minutes away, Brantôme (Venice of Périgord) and its abbey are about 35 minutes away, Sarlat is 1 hour 15 minutes away. The space The accommodation is ideally suited for a couple and 2 children as there is one bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and the other bedroom has 2 small 70 x 180 beds (bed linen is provided). A bathroom with shower and sink (towels not included), separate toilet. A kitchen area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo, gas stove and oven as well as cooking utensils... etc. (hand towels and tea towels provided) and a living room with TV and Wi-Fi. We provide you with a ping pong table, badminton set and some board games, playing cards, a barbecue and garden furniture. Other things to note We are 5 minutes from the town of Excideuil where you will find all shops and the pretty Thursday morning market. You also have a large Super U supermarket in St-Martial-d'Albarède (7 minutes) where you will have a laundromat. During your stay in our beautiful Dordogne, you can visit the Château d'Excideuil and Château de Hautefort. The Tourtoirac Cave is 15 minutes away, Montignac and the Lascaux Cave are about 40 minutes away, Brantôme (Venice of Périgord) and its abbey are about 35 minutes away, Sarlat is 1 hour 15 minutes away. We also have superb bodies of water nearby: the Rouffiac leisure center is 25 minutes away, where you can do tree climbing, ski lifts, swimming, and many other activities. The Coucou pond is at the same distance, where an inflatable water park is set up during the summer. We will provide you with brochures offering hikes or other activities during your stay. We do not allow pets. We ask for a deposit check of 50 euros for the cleaning that we will return to you at the end of the stay if the accommodation is left clean. (cleaning supplies provided). We also ask for a security deposit of 350 euros to prevent any damage caused during your stay, which we will also return to you at the end of your stay.
