This Jack & Jill unit sleeps 1 to 2 persons comfortably, and up to 3. No washer/dryer, no stove or kitchen. The space The Jack and Jill layout offers a comfortable and cozy space for a small group of travelers. While the unit is best suited for 1–2 guests, it can accommodate up to 3 if needed. This rental is ideal for shorter stays of up to 4 days, as it does not include a kitchen or washer/dryer. It’s a great option for guests looking for a convenient and comfortable place to rest during a brief visit. You have your own private entrance via a small patio that opens into the first bedroom, followed by a bathroom leading into the second bedroom with a balcony overlooking a serene backyard view. This unit is a part of the main house, but is accessible via a separate from the owner's parking area and entry. Aside of the occasional sounds that may come from the main house area, it feels like your own and secluded guest suite. The central AC for the home is set for 72-75F, and the heat normally runs at 68-72F. The thermostat is located in the owner’s portion of the house and is not accessible from the rental unit. The owner maintains remote access to the thermostat and will adjust the temperature as requested. There is one queen bed in the main room, and a single convertible chair/bed in the second room. The main room also has an office space, a breakfast nook, small fridge, toaster, tea kettle + pour-over glass coffee maker, iron with a foldable ironing board, and a small portable fan. The second room/lounge area offers another office space, a papasan chair for a good time read/relax, and an Apple TV. A microwave and dishes are located in the closet, opposite side of the vanity area. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a small vacuum are stored there as well. No stove or kitchen is available.
