Riverfront home on Doty Island in peaceful residential area. Built in 1936, our home has character + charm. Seasonal heated pool, hot-tub & waterfront patio. Relax, kayak or fish off of the riverfront dock. 100 feet of Fox River frontage - minutes from Lake Winnebago by boat or kayak and 8 min to the highway. Come for some R&R or for an event (EAA) our family home is in the heart of it all! 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Hens providing fresh eggs daily! Licensed by the Menasha Health Department. (1 on the main floor, 1 master upstairs, 1 jack and jill upstairs) Open kitchen with separate dining room Open concept play room and living room area with water views 7 person hot-tub (5 adults comfortably) *no pets in the hot tub 28 Foot heated pool (not open last week in September -Mid May) *no pets in the pool Flotation devices available (upon request) 2 kayaks available for use We have chickens/ fresh eggs available daily (or an egg gatherer who will collect during your stay) Waterfront patio with chairs and fire place Should you bring your own boat, there is a boat landing down the road from the house - our dock is available for you to tie up. By boat it takes 30 minutes to reach Oshkosh to watch the planes fly over Highway 41 or 441 in 8 minutes Packer Games in 35min Our family home with all of the charm that comes with :) Guest access You'll have access to the entire house during your stay. (Sans a few closets/drawers/cupboards needed to store our personal belongings.
