Otherwise, there is parking in the neighborhood but guests will be responsible for following city parking rules. • This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed.
