The space Three-tier cottage with sprawling views of Cayuga Lake and ample outdoor space. The first floor features a fully stocked modern kitchen, updated full bathroom, and open living room. The second floor has three bedrooms: two with lake views, and a third bedroom including a double bed and bunkbeds. The second floor includes a second full bathroom, and the third floor has a fourth bedroom with separate living room, pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette, and a balcony with spectacular lake views. Step outside onto the covered patio with overgrown pergola, including dining area, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and ample seating. Venture around the corner and onto the dock, with a large picnic table with seating for 12. Our favorite spot: happy hour and dinner on the dock as the sun sets. ☀️ Two kayaks are included and available for your use. 📣 PLEASE READ the entire listing before booking. Guest access You have full exclusive access to the entire home and property during your stay, including the dock. Enjoy all 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a second kitchen and living area on the third floor. You are welcome to bring your boat(s) to tie up at the dock during your stay. Other things to note 🚸 PLEASE READ – DRIVEWAY ACCESS 🚸 The cottage is located at the bottom of a steep gravel driveway with a sharp turn. You MUST have a 4WD vehicle to use the driveway. Otherwise, you can park at the top and walk down 125 steps (skip the gym) to access the house and lakefront. You can comfortably fit one vehicle at the waterfront. Additional parking is available at the top of the driveway. 🐶 Dogs without a history of biting are welcome ($150 pet fee applies). A liability waiver is required prior to check-in.
