This 45m2 flat, newly furnished in Scandinavian style, has one living room with an open type kitchen, one bedroom with dedicated working space, one bathroom, one entrance hall, and a balcony in the entrance. We are pleased to offer you a unique and comfortable stay during your visit to Budapest. Guest access LOCATION: Address: Baross Utca 45 10/A, 1082 Budapest If you arrive by your car, you can park it on the street. For payment, you can use the pay machines on the street or the applications “Parkl” or “Simple” which are available on Android and IOS. ENTERING THE FLAT: You will see a small key box with Urban Nest logo hanging on the right side of the building entrance doors. By using the code we sent you, you can open the box and get the keys. Please make sure that you close the box properly and leave the code buttons with a random number other than the code. You can open the building entrance door by touching the small blue pin to the ”proximity” text on the right bottom corner of the doorbell list. Urban Nest is on the 4th floor of the building on the left side of the courtyard. You will see the Urban Nest logo on the entrance door. We kindly remind you to always lock the flat entrance door while leaving the flat. To lock the entrance door properly, don’t forget to pull the door handle up. Other things to note HEATING & COOLING: The flat is heated by a gas boiler which is located inside the kitchen cabinet. You will see a wireless thermostat on the table, you can easily adjust the temperature by using it. There is an Air Conditioning unit in the bedroom. KITCHEN: If you want to cook, all the necessary tools and equipment are available in the kitchen. You can also use the goods in the kitchen (such as olive oil, spices, sugar, tea bags, etc.). Please feel free to use them like in your own house. Please feel free to use the coffee machine and the kettle. You can find the coffee capsules and the tea bags on the kitchen shelf. The dishwasher tablets are available in the bottom drawer of the kitchen cabinet. To avoid any bad smell in the dishwasher, we kindly ask you to wash the dirty plates with egg or fish by hand. BATHROOM & HYGIENE: You can find the towels in the bathroom cabinet below the sink. Laundry detergent and softener are in the kitchen cabinet below the sink. The user manual for the washing machine is on the top of the machine. The cloth hanger, iron, and ironing table are in the sliding cabinet behind the sofa. The vacuum cleaner and mob are also in the sliding cabinet behind the sofa. We kindly remind you to unplug the iron after you use it. DAILY SHOPPING: For urgent cases, you can use the small grocery store on the ground floor of the building. For serious shopping, we recommend the big market chains. There is a SPAR market 100m far from the flat and a big ALDI 500m far from the flat. PETS: Sadly, it is not allowed to bring pets to Urban Nest. FIRST AID: You can find the first aid set inside the bathroom cabinet. The closest hospital to the flat is Semmelweis University Hospital which is 100m away from the flat. For ambulance service, you can call Ergo-Ambulance. TRANSPORTATION: For public transportation, we recommend you use “Budapest GO” application which is available on Android and IOS. You can easily plan your travel and buy tickets for any kind of transport including airport shuttle bus 100E.
