Les Petits riens | Beach within walking distance & classified village

Welcome to "Les Petits Riens"! A cozy house composed of two independent cottages (one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor) You are at the entrance to Balazuc, a medieval village in the hollow of the cliffs, ranked among the most beautiful in France. Your cocoon is located a 5-minute walk from the historic heart, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach. It has all the little things to feel at home while respecting ecological values The space You are on the ground floor and have private and exclusive access to a nice outdoor area for your barbecues or games of Molkyy. The garden is fenced, pets are welcome at "Les Petits riens"! (with some basic rules, present in the house rules) Inside, a spacious area of 80 m2 awaits you. You will discover an air-conditioned living/dining room open to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two comfortable bedrooms, a cocooning winter garden with office space (very good internet speed), a modern bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. The furniture and decor have been entirely sourced, manufactured or purchased in an ethical manner (this is particularly the case for bedding for maximum comfort.) Moreover, on the sleeping side, you will find in the first bedroom a double bed of 140 x 200, in the second two single beds of 90 x 190 that we can put together with mattress topper (please ask us). A comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 6 people. Beds are made upon arrival and towels and basic products (shower gel, oil, salt, etc.) are provided. We have a baby crib, high chair and baby bath for parents who want it, just ask us! You are responsible for bringing the crib sheets. The house and outside must be left clean, we do not add cleaning fees. We've installed a reinforced outlet with a meter outside to help you recharge your electric vehicles. A fee of €5/day is required in advance to cover your electricity expenses with adjustment at the end of the stay. (according to actual consumption, €0.3/kW) For activity lovers, lots of possibilities on site: kayak rental, hiking/walking, greenways, swimming, fossil museum, etc. You are also ideally located to visit the Ardèche and its gorges with many sites nearby (Vogüe and its castle, the climbing and hiking site of the Cirque de Gens de Ruoms, Vallont Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave, etc.) Les Petits riens are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the architecture of the house. Guest access Entire accommodation - only the parking area at the entrance of the house is common to both cottages (with each of the spaces well delimited) Other things to note Les Petits Riens cottages are adjoining and can accommodate another group at the same time as you. The accommodations are completely independent and allow you to enjoy peacefully in the calm and respect of each other. Cleaning before checkout and the necessary to do so is provided. We don't add cleaning fees and prefer to trust our vacationers. The village shops and restaurants are open from April to October.
