Riaza is an ideal place to rest

The location is very privileged. It is a small but very cute house, newly renovated with all the amenities. It is inside a gated community full of gardens and a swimming pool. Close to the village but in a very quiet residential area. Riaza is wonderful, full of life, good restaurants and nature. Just an hour from Madrid. The space The house has an entrance through the front that is by the garden area and in front of the pool. The first thing you find is a patio. Perfect for summer evenings or having a snack if it's sunny in winter. Both patios have an umbrella. You have a small covered gallery that helps isolate the entrance. Very practical for winter. Downstairs you have the living room, a small cupboard in the hallway that goes to a full bathroom with shower and the kitchen. From the kitchen you go out to the backyard. This patio is very practical because you can also enter the house from there and it is also a great place to eat when the weather allows. To go up to the second floor you have stairs with handrails. Upstairs you have a fairly large master bedroom overlooking the garden. This bedroom has two 90 cm beds together that are very comfortable. It has two smaller bedrooms. In one there is a 150 bed and in the other a 135. These two bedrooms overlook a glazed gallery with mountain views. Guest access The development, although old, has beautiful common areas. It has a huge garden where if you go with children they can enjoy because it is a closed area and also in summer there are usually many children of all ages. It also has a common swimming pool. The neighborhood is very well cared for because it has a caretaker all year round. Other things to note The house has a fireplace. However, the firewood supply service is not included in the rate.
