The cozy "mountain house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the middle of the countryside. It nestles with its back to a slope of the Bellenberg and offers enough space for up to 6 people on its 110 square meters of living space. Since it is built directly on the mountain, you can enter from the back at ground level and have a view of the countryside and our small, beautiful village on the other side. The space Ground floor: - Tiled entrance area with wardrobe Open, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, underfloor heating) - Cozy living area with smart TV and fireplace (firewood from October to March included) - Sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) in the living area (can be partitioned with curtains) - Separate bedroom with bunk bed and single bed (0.80 x 2.00 m or on request 1.60 x 2.00 m) - Bath with shower, toilet, corner bathtub, underfloor heating Top floor: - Separate, spacious bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), additional single bed and/or baby travel cot possible on request - Play area and reading corner with great views over the village Exterior: - Small terrace next to the entrance, larger terrace with great views - - about 15 m further in the countryside Quiet and idyllic outdoor area and courtyard with lots of greenery and natural stones The price includes: Final cleaning, made beds on arrival, towels, kitchen linen, Wi-Fi, all utilities, parking space/carport directly at the house In the neighborhood (about 60 m): - Indoor play area with ping pong table, foosball, play facilities for children - Large garden with lawn, seating, playground, herb and snack garden - small farm with horses, ponies, chickens, pigs, ducks, geese, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs - pedal tractors, kettcars, bobby cars and much more.
