Quiet & comfortable 2 bedroom home! Only a 3-minute drive to downtown Emporia / Commercial St! Enjoy your stay at this 2 bed (1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed), 1 bath centrally-located house, with 2 couches for additional sleeping. 1 car garage. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, central heat & air, Smart TV, kitchen appliances & utensils, coffee maker, and more. The garage only fits smaller vehicles. The entrance is 7' 8" wide & 14ft deep. No smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed. Thanks! The space This home has a cozy living room, cute bay window, updated bathroom, and a garage that is open for your use. Kick back on either of the couches to end your day. There are separate bins outside for trash and recycling if you would like to recycle. (The grey can is for trash & the green can is for recycling). There is a doorbell camera on the main entrance of the home facing the driveway. This will be on during your stay. This camera actively records video and audio. Guest access Guests can enjoy the whole home & garage. The garage does not have an automatic opener so it will have to be opened and closed by hand. There are 3 steps you need to walk up in order to get into the home at both entrances. Three steps are on the front porch and three steps are on the side of the home if coming in from the driveway entrance. The entrance closest to the driveway is the one you will be using. Other things to note This is an older home built in 1900 that has had some updating during its lifetime! Since this home is older it comes with a few older quirks. The floors may be a bit bouncy & shaky. The hot water heater is smaller, so please note that very long showers may run out of hot water or back to back showers. There is not a garbage disposal so please do not put large amounts of waste down the kitchen sink. No parties allowed.
