This stylish place to stay is perfect for family and group trips. It can easily accommodate up to four adults with provision of additional floor mattress with no extra charge. Facilities are provided for cooking and preparing light meals. Guests could enjoy entertainment through a 55" HDTV with sound bar and streaming facilities to enjoy music, movies and TV series. The space The apartment/studio is spacious (72 m2 plus) with a bedroom loft. It has one bathroom equipped with hot water, rain shower, bidet and toiletries. The fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and induction stove, would allow the guests to prepare and heat up light meals. Coffee/tea, cream, sugar and water kettle are also provided including a french press coffee maker for guests who would prefer their own type of coffee. (Note: please bring your own ground coffee). Guest access The whole apartment/studio is accessible to guests. While the apartment/studio is an extension of the main house, there is a separate gate/entrance and separate door for privacy. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Thank you for renting my apartment/studio and I wish you a pleasant and peaceful stay. Please respect the check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 noon Please do not bring illegal substances into the premises. Please make sure that only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment/studio. Unregistered guests will be charged extra accordingly. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment/studio. Please observe the quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Please take care of the furniture, linens, dinnerware sets, furnishings, etc. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged separately. Facilities are provided for cooking/heating up light meals. The stove is an induction type and when not familiar with its use, please request for guidance from the caretaker. Please turn off the AC and the lights when you go out. Please maintain the cleanliness of the apartment/studion and its surroundings and leave the apartment/studio as it was when you arrived. Thank you for helping us keep the apartment/studio in good condition so that other guests could also enjoy it. On checking out, please: 1) clean up and take the trash out before you leave. Plastic trash bags are provided for your use and there is a bin in front of the house where you can leave your trash; 2) place used towels in the laundry basket; 3) turn off the AC and all the lights; 4) check all drawers and closets for personal items; 5) leave the set of keys with the caretaker.
