Charming Soulacaise villa

Our family home is an authentic Soulac villa. We have put our heart into renovating it with care, focusing on choosing quality materials and careful decoration to comfortably accommodate family and friends in all seasons. The villa is ideally located, 400 meters from the beach, 600 meters from the market, 800 meters from the train station and 1 km from the surf club. Shopping, restaurants, activities can be done on foot or by bike; no need to take the car. The space The villa has an entrance – accessible by 3 steps –, a large living-dining room of 40 m2, brightly exposed south and west and a large independent kitchen, opening onto a terrace to enjoy the sunrise. The sleeping area, on the ground floor, accessible by a corridor, is composed of a master suite with shower room, two other bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room and a 2nd separate toilet. Upstairs is a fourth bedroom – attic – which is accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase. The use of this staircase is not recommended for young children and people with limited mobility. A garage that houses the laundry area and a wine cellar is also available to guests. Outside, a second terrace, facing west, allows you to fully enjoy the garden depending on the time of day. To ensure your peace of mind, the garden is fully enclosed. A large sidewalk in front of the house allows you to park several vehicles safely.
