Casa Para Siempre is located steps from the ocean, in a quiet, rural neighborhood located in Litibu, Nayarit, approximately 1 hour from the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Recently remodeled from head to toe, with designer touches and inviting decor. This beach house is perfect for the style conscious traveler, who wants to unplug and relax in a remote Mexican location. Located just steps from the beach, this property offers you endless beaches, sunsets, and entertainment. The space The property has recently been remodeled from top to bottom with quality, stylish details and finishes. The kitchen is functional and efficient if you plan on making your own meals. It comes with an induction cook top, along with an oven and microwave, granite counters, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The great room has an a/c, TV and stunning views. Three spacious bedrooms are located in the main house, they all have their own a/c unit, TV, ceiling fan, en suite open air bathroom, closet and balcony. The 4th bedroom is located in the casita, also with it's own bathroom, tv and work space. The exterior patio is perfect for entertaining with a fire pit, large cushioned bench, dining table that seats 8, and outdoor kitchen that has a mini fridge, sink and bbq. The infinity edge pool and hot tub are heated. We also have a beautiful workout area with the basic necessities for a workout. The gym has a/c and TV also. Lastly, we have a roof top deck that has unparalleled views of the local surroundings, sunsets and ocean. This is a perfect spot for taking in the sights with a cocktail or glass of wine. Other important things to note is the whole house surround sound and water filtration. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire property. We do have some sections of our closets locked for supplies, but each bedroom has plenty of closet space for guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: *Having a rental car or SUV is a must, due to it's proximity from the airport and the rural nature of the community (most of our roads are dirt). Also, during rainy season, there is a small creek that sometimes requires an SUV. The months where this is an issue is late July/August through October. *Please note that the beach conditions change constantly. And although its wonderful most of the year, it can change quickly depending on weather, etc. It can get rocky and rough from time to time. *We have fiber optic internet with a 500 mb download speed, but please note that sometimes it can be intermittent. *Our power can also be intermittent, usually during rainy season.
