Barefoot on the Strait of Messina 2

House on the ground floor facing Messina Strait to come and go from the beach whenever you want. Forget the car for your holidays! The sea is accessed from a garden not connected to the house. In front of the exit sea side there is a free beach with shower and left and right several beaches that at lunch/ dinner become restaurants, I recommend the sandwich with swordfish. You can reach the boarding for Sicily by car in 5 minutes and the seafront of Reggio Calabria is at 12km. The space The house is in an old building and it is one of the warehouses where they were packaging, at the beginning of the last century, oranges for export to the continent and America. Very cool and charming with very high ceilings, it has air conditioning. It 'an apartment consisting of a large double bedroom and a very large living room with equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, dining table for 4 people. The the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The house has a sea-side exit through the garden not belonging to the apartment but which constitutes a small green oasis around the house. Outside, in the porch area, there is a washing machine and a common linen rack. It is possible to have a set of linen per person on request. Guest access The use of the garden is not allowed except as a convenient exit to the beach. Other things to note In our houses pets are welcome and without additional costs. We believe it is important that our pets stay with us even on our holidays! Their care and hygiene is entrusted to you. However, for cleaning and sanitizing all rooms after use, in case of long-haired animals or in case of damage additional costs will be charged for the sanitization and/or recovery for damages.
