PLEASE READ all before requesting: 👋 renting my extra bedroom and bathroom to someone that is quiet and clean. Must be a good fit so prefer to know a little about you and reason for needing a room. You have own bedroom and bathroom and welcome to use the washer/ dryer and kitchen when needed. Other things to note No guests allowed at house. No smoking of any kind in house. No pets.
