New house, relaxing countryside home with pool

Escape to Maisonneuve, a charming holiday home in Chillac, France, perfect for families and groups. This spacious house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a dining room with a fireplace. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, dining spaces, and pool (available mid-June to mid-September) with views of the countryside. With a capacity for 10 guests, it's ideal for a relaxing getaway. The space The house can accommodate up to 10 people and offers the following: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, separate dining room with large fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. The dining area opens out on to a beautiful decked area, with outside kitchen area, great dining and lounge spaces and views over the countryside. The house is surrounded by gardens, and, in front is the decked pool area with a lovely shaded space perfect for lazy days around the pool (mid-june to mid-september depending the weather). Tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats are included. Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 230€ incl. tax per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking. A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the house as they found it when they arrived (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, bins removed, etc.). People who not want to worry about the cleaning before their departure, we offer a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 25€/hour For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€. Parking surveillance completely disabled during your stay. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
