Peaceful, centrally located. Great place to unwind. The space This home has been renovated from top to bottom to create a comfortable place for our guests to spend the week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We encourage you to keep your car and the house locked, especially at night. The neighborhood is generally safe and quiet, but we don’t want anything to disrupt your stay. The living room entertainment system is turned on and controlled by the small Apple TV remote. No other remote is necessary. Upstairs TV’s: Turn on TV. Turn on sound system. If problem, call Patrick, the audio guy =P If you use the air conditioners, we would really appreciate it if you would turn them off when you are out for the day. The nest, located in the dining room, controls the furnace for heat only. There are dishwasher pods and coffee filters in the small drawer to the right of the dishwasher and laundry detergent on the shelves to the right of the washer. We would like to keep good relationships with our neighbors and the Town of Oneonta. They are concerned about noise, open containers, and team parties.
