The Pelican's Perch, provides a wonderful and relaxing stay for your visit. The room is decorated in a beach theme, with original artwork from local artists and meticulously chosen furniture. A full closet and set of drawers will provide the space to make you feel at home. A queen size bed, with sheets and extra pillows are provided. The room shares a private bathroom with the Captain's Quarter's and is complete with a full bath, towels are provided. WiFi is provided as well as USB ports. The space Huntington View Inn is the perfect place to experience Murrells Inlet as it was in years past and as it is today. We offer the opportunity to stay in the same house as one of the founding families of this famed fishing village, helping to transform this area into the seafood capital of South Carolina. Here, while relaxing on our shoreline, you can gaze out at the untouched and pristine Huntington Beach State Park, while imagining what this area was like hundreds of years ago. The only obstructed views here are from paddle boarders, fishermen collecting their daily catch, and a wide variety of waterfowl which fill our inlet, including our neighborhood bald eagle, who on most days graces us with his presence perched on our shoreline. While we offer this unique glimpse of Murrells Inlet as it was years ago, we are also conveniently located within walking distance or a short bike ride from Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Here you can stroll along the wooden boardwalk, while dinning in one of the dozens of creek front restaurants, or unwinding at sunset while listening to local bands and taking in the laid back lifestyle that this area is famed for. The surrounding areas are filled with activities and experiences for all vacationers. Here you can spend your day in tranquility while embraced in the inlet as it was hundreds of years ago and then spend your night marveling at what has become.
