The villa in the middle of the village

You will be close to everything in charming Frillesås when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Only a ten-minute walk and you will find sandy beaches and swimming. Around the corner there is a bus stop, grocery store, pizzeria, gas station, etc. About 30 minutes drive to Gothenburg. On the main floor, there is a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, and on the basement level, you will find a laundry room, sauna, shower, toilet, and a well-equipped gym. There is sleeping space for 6 adults and access to a crib for a baby. This villa is our permanent residence. The space We have three bedrooms with several different sleeping options. In one bedroom, there is a large double bed. In one bedroom, there is a smaller double bed (140 cm). In the third bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed (160 cm) if you wish. You can rent bed linens from us if you want. The kitchen has everything you may need. The dining area can seat up to 8 people. Guests may use what is in the pantry and laundry room. We would like you to replenish goods or other items that run out, such as toilet paper, etc. On the terrace, there is a large table with room for 8-10 people and possibilities for barbecuing. The tenant is responsible for charcoal and lighter fluid. The back of the garden is fenced in as an extra security for pets and children. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa except for a storage room and garage on the basement level. Other things to note There are six sleeping places for adults and access to a bed for a baby. There is a fireplace in the villa that you are welcome to use. Only firewood is allowed.
