Your adventure awaits.. see update at end. This is our guest cabin built on the Klcher Homestaed. You can hike to Kilcher Beach and have a picnic only a mile away. This cozy guest log cabin awaits you with awesome views of Kachemak Bay, Homer Spit and pristine glaciers, abundant wildlife and a ribbon of hiking and cross-country skiing trails through the peaceful Kilcher Family Homestead. It is a great place to get away from it all after a long day of fishing, to curl up with a great book, complete an art project or just relish the quiet serenity (in this case in early mornings and late afternoon/evening). Glacier View Getaway is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable including a full-size kitchen, kitchenware and linens. There are two comfortable bedrooms, Jacuzzi bathtub, dishwasher, propane stove, washer and dryer, deck furniture and propane grill. We are building our dream home nearby beyond the spruce trees.
