Other things to note Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, and rental agreements. Quiet hours - 10pm-8am No late check-out without prior approval (unauthorized late check-out fee of $300 will apply if guest is not checked out by 10am) No Smoking ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) -- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am. -- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles on driveway and in front of house. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes. -- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host. --No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio. --Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property. --A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door, a Ring monitor camera on the garage, and a garage door opener camera record exterior areas only (front entrance and driveway). Cameras are motion activated and provide continuous monitoring. This is for guest and property security. No indoor spaces are monitored.
