The villa consists of 3 floors, all modernly furnished. On the ground floor: - a large living room; - a kitchen with dining table; 2 bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower. On the second floor: - another living room with double sofa bed and panoramic terrace; double bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning; bedroom with 2 single beds; bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On the second and top floor: 3 double bedrooms (one with air conditioning, the others with ceiling fans); a small room with 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower. Almost every bedroom has a breathtaking view of the pool and sea. In summary, the house has 4 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 very small room with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room on the 1st floor. Villa Valverde is equipped with all amenities: outdoor pool, barbecue, television, wireless Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower (just to name a few). It is an excellent base for those who want to explore Eastern Sicily. In fact, the wonderful Baroque cities of Acireale and Catania, the fascinating Taormina, but also the volcano Etna are all very close. In addition, thanks to the proximity of the highway (San Gregorio locality, 3 km), the southeastern side of Sicily with major towns such as Noto and Syracuse is also easily accessible. As an extra service, it is possible to request a typical Sicilian dinner to be enjoyed comfortably in the villa. For organizational reasons, reservations with Saturday check-ins are preferred so, after the reservation request, the hosts will consider whether or not to accept based on their organizational needs. The villa has been used as a vacation home for many years already, but has been advertised through an agency. Starting from January 2024 it was decided to independently manage the advertising of the villa on the various platforms, for this reason, all previous reviews were lost (42 reviews with a score of 4.7 see photos in the gallery).
