A couple and their two small, friendly dogs live on the other side of the house. Some noise may be heard occasionally. Accessible through its own private entrance with a wifi code-enabled lock, this space ensures convenience and security. The living room/kitchenette area features a modern futon that transforms into a twin bed, along with a vintage-style mini fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker for your comfort. The primary bedroom showcases the historic charm of the home, with original hardwood floors, walls, and ceiling. Enjoy ample natural light through the double window adorned with luxurious drapery, including rich velvet curtains for a restful ambiance. As you drive in from the front, just follow the driveway around to the rear of the house, past the carport. You can park in the grassy area in front of the double windows. You will see the Airbnb private entrance from the photos. You can let yourself in by using the private lock code provided in your check in message from your hosts. Other things to note $500 damages fee for smoking inside or outside the property. $500 fee for excessive noise inside or outside the property during quiet hours 10p-6am. $500 damages and cleaning fee for any pets on property, inside or outside of the home. This is to maintain an allergy free environment for all guests. $100 per person, per day fee may be charged for anyone person not pre-approved by host that comes to the Airbnb without being listed on the reservation.
