This charming 4 bedroom home is one block from the major supermarket, theater, and within walking distance to downtown and the ferry. Conveniently located just two blocks from the iconic Corpus Cristi church. Casa Buena Vida is the perfect vacation home for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The space This spacious home of 4 bedrooms, 6.5 baths has ample room for a large group or family gathering, yet provides intimate individual spaces. Main level consists of large updated kitchen, dining area, living room, study, mudroom, and laundry room. Garden area is spacious with several areas to to relax, dine and play. Enjoy bathing in the sun on the comfortable reclining chairs on the beautiful patio next to the lovely tiled pool, spacious enough for the whole group. Read or relax with a cold drink on the spacious porch, or nap in the hammock under the palapa. Second level has spacious master bedroom with two large closets, king size bed, private bathroom with shower, relaxing waterfall and balcony. Second room has queen size bed, private bath and hammock. Third bedroom has four single beds (two bunk beds) with private bath. Fourth bedroom is located in a separate casita attached by an outdoor hallway. Has large open shutter doors and a lovely private bath. Optional fifth bedroom, if needed, would be on the main level in the den. Private space enough for an inflatable mattress. This home is truly an oasis of tranquility. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and garden areas. Other things to note Maid and meal service is available for a small fee. Parking is available outside, but there is no space available inside the property. Please note, like most pools on the island, our pool is not heated. Outside fire pit and waterfall are not currently available for use.
