Other things to note Maintenance and Response Policy Please note that we are not available 24/7. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, all non-emergency maintenance requests may require up to 24 hours for a response and scheduling. If something in the home is not working properly, we kindly ask for your patience as we arrange service — our maintenance team will come as soon as they are available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Please note: • There is no AC in the bedrooms.
