Casa Rustica 1838

Our 185-year-old Istrian stone house blends modern and traditional, standing apart from common tourist establishments. Decorated with care to preserve its authenticity and warmth, it has hosted numerous friends. We're confident our house will provide you a unique experience. It features a 1000 m2 fenced backyard with an outdoor heated tub and is located in Sovinjak, about 50km from Opatija, Trieste, and Poreč. The space The ground floor of the house consists of two main areas. One is for cooking and dining, and the other for relaxation with a television, all set in a pleasant ambiance with antique-style furniture. There's a covered terrace, a modern bathroom, and a small room that leads out to a large yard. Upstairs are two smaller and one larger room, along with a smaller bathroom. The upper floor is equipped with air conditioning. Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests. Other things to note The house and yard are suitable for children and infants. Parking is free.
