We have a fully fenced in backyard and plenty of space to park your vehicle in the driveway or covered garage. We are in a centrally located place to swim with manatees and visit Wildlife Parks. The space An excellent centrally-located home within a small family neighborhood. Our home boasts a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an airy kitchen and open living space and a fully fenced private backyard with lawn chairs for lounging! The Master Bedroom has a large king bed with a full en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2 tvs (located in living room and master bedroom), a laundry area located in the garage with a full size washer/dryer and an open living/dining area. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials including seasonings, pans and utensils. We also provide complimentary water upon arrival in case you're in need of a refreshing drink after a long day of traveling. There are many lively water front restaurants and venues just minutes away! We are close to boat ramps, great golf courses, plenty of fishing and Gulf of Mexico, popular for scalloping. Visit the Three Sister Springs which is less than 10 miles away and has many shops and places for coffee and drinks. If you are visiting loved ones, our home is centrally located for surrounding cities (e.g. Crystal River, Inverness, and Lecanto, etc) There are endless options to enjoy! Guest access You will have access to the entire home with your own private driveway and private back yard area. You have access to everything in the home except the small hallway locked owners closet. Other things to note ~There is a doorbell camera on the front door, 2 cameras on the front exterior of the home above the garage and to the left of the house that are all actively recording video and audio. There is also a floodlight security camera in the backyard that is actively recording video and audio. All of the video devices are on the exterior. There are no cameras in the interior of the home.
