The pool reopens Memorial Day weekend 2024! This one-of-a-kind converted barn is conveniently located between Woodstock and Phoenicia, 2 hours north of NYC. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms the house sleeps up to 6 people. Old & new seamlessly converge in the design of this stunning home. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms the house sleeps up to 6 people and is perfect for families with a maximum of 2 couples (plus kids) The gunite, salt water pool is heated (propane fuel) and open from memorial day to mid-September/early October. Pool heat is included in our nightly rate from the Thursday prior to Memorial Day through the Tuesday following Labor Day. Soak up some sun and fresh, mountain air on one of the reclining pool loungers and take in the beauty of our mature perennial gardens which surround you. Dine Al fresco on one of our many outdoor dining areas. Finish the evening gathered around the fire pit, gazing up at the stars. Old and new seamlessly converge in the design of our home. Guest access Guests may access the entire home and 20 Acre property. There is a storage barn on the property which is private Other things to note Pool heat is included in our rate from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Use of pool heater outside of these dates is charged per gallon of propane consumed (against a supplemental security deposit of $700).
