My building is only a few step away from İstiklal Street that is the most touristical spot in Istanbul. The building has a big terrace on the top floor that is reachable for all guests 7/24 The space Some additional facilities in my building; - Each unites has electronic card system that provides to guests using card to get in their own private units - Wifi, - Smart Tv in the living room with Netflix and you can connect your smart phone to tv for watching everything you want on big screen, - Perfect Heating System - Each unite has A/C - Security cameras, - The apartment has a big terrace is reachable for all guests 7/24 and located on top floor. - Perfect location in taksim. Just a few steps away from the most touristic places (İstiklal Street) - There is also one of the biggest Parking Lot for cars right in front of the building which provides 50% discount to our guests if they bring their cars, You can provide all kind of needs around our building during your stay; - Supermarkets - Liquor Stores - Gift Stores - Places for breakfast - Pharmacy - Dry cleaning - Taksim Square (5 min. away by walking) - Bus station (1 min.) - Şişhane metro (7 min.) The building is monitored by cameras 7/24 and surrounded by alarm systems to make sure our guests have a peaceful stay. This building includes 4 separate apartments (no elevator) located on each floor. If guests have preference for a specific floor level They should inform me in advance, otherwise it might be any floor level according to check in and check out days on my calender. Guest access Guest can have their own unites which they booked. Also they have access to use terrace located on the top floor any time in a day. Other things to note Strictly do not allowed to smoke inside the unites.
