Modern three bedroom flat attached to main house half way between Hamilton and Cambridge. Kitchenette has bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich press. Ideal to heat food. Outdoor area off lounge with furniture to relax on. Heatpump/aircon available for your comfort. The single beds are king singles. There is a desk and chair in the cupboard space in the living room for you to work at. Hairdryer is in the bathroom cabinet. The space We live on a large rural section. It's quiet and relaxing away from all the bustle of the city but only a 10 minute drive in to Hamilton's world class gardens. In February the garden arts festival is on with outdoor films, music, and shows of different genres catering for all ages. Hamilton has plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants, cinemas and a museum. We're also close to the velodrome; Cambridge (10 minutes) - a boutique country town with great eateries and shopping; Raglan beach (50 minutes) with fantastic surf; Hobbiton (30 minutes); Waitomo caves; Rotorua (1 hour); and Mt Maunganui (1 hour 15 minutes) - a beautiful white sand beach town. We really like living here and we ask that you treat our place with respect. Guest access Park your car on the concrete pad at the front of the house behind the trellis. Extra cars can park just beside the house on the driveway, or on the lawn. Private access to the flat is separate from main house, but has an adjoining door at the end of the hallway. This door is locked keeping it entirely separate. Other things to note Please use the blue plastic bin for recycling provided in the kitchen. The flat has been occupied by a family for the last few years, and so is in need of new paint (on my ‘to do’ list), but you’ll find it clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. There is an air mattress, or foam mattress available if needed for extra guests - additional guests must be paid for. PLEASE NOTE Infants under 2 years old are free.
